EDU-facilitation
Ten days for educators and youth workers to level up their facilitation game — from Kolb's learning cycle to game-based and challenge-based methods — and walk away ready to design experiences that stick.
About the project
Creating a good workshop is about much more than having the right content. EDU-facilitation focuses on how educators, lecturers and youth workers can guide a group, communicate effectively and turn ideas into engaging learning experiences.
Participants develop these skills through practical, experience-based activities. The programme works with methods such as Kolb’s Experiential Learning cycle, learning through games and challenges, presentation and group-engagement techniques, movement and body awareness, and clear ways of giving and receiving feedback.
