The first edition of EDU-Facilitation brought 30 educators, lecturers and youth workers from eight countries to Adamov for a ten-day training course on facilitation and communication skills.
Participants learned to plan, design and facilitate their own experiential learning activities, applying Kolb’s Experiential Learning cycle and challenge-based and game-based methods, while also working on making presentations more engaging and creative.
The course became the starting point for what later grew into EDU-Facilitation 2.0 and 3.0 — with a workshop booklet, an infopack and a project summary article to show for it.
