Business Skills for a Better Life gathered 33 young people and youth workers from six countries for a nine-day youth exchange at Vyhlídka Blansko, built around entrepreneurship, leadership and creative thinking.
The programme combined a 24-hour business hackathon with a Shark Tank-style pitching event, Business Model Canvas training and workshops on public speaking, AI tools and sustainability. A field trip to the Kumst innovation centre gave participants a look at how a real entrepreneurial hub operates.
By the end of the exchange, every participant had a concrete action plan ready to bring back to their own community — along with new confidence and a clearer sense of purpose.
