What is the goal of the project?

The aim of “EduFacilitation” is to develop youth worker’s and educator’s facilitation and communication competences to create and facilitate meaningful learning experiences like workshop, trainings, courses etc.

– apply Kolb’s experiential learning cycle as a learning tool
– utilize challenge-based and game-based learning processes
– communicate effectively with active listening for understanding
